What the published data tells you, what it does not establish, and how to request clarification.

What the published counts measure

The existing Louisiana product catalog supplies contact, email and office totals. It does not establish a separate count of distinct agents. Email, mobile and office statistics must not be treated as per-row fill rates.

Sources and permissions

The storefront reads the existing Louisiana catalog and its Louisiana sample CSV. The catalog does not document original collection sources or redistribution permissions. Ask support for those details before purchasing.

Email validation

The catalog does not publish a separate email-verification date or a documented verification method. No inbox-placement, response-rate or deliverability guarantee is added by this storefront.

Refresh versus verification

A catalog retrieval timestamp records when this page fetched a product. A sample file modification date records a file change. Neither date proves when the full database was refreshed or its email addresses checked.

Blank and outdated fields

Blank sample cells mean that the file supplied no value. Statewide field fill rates and a stale-record removal policy are not published by the current catalog. Sample rows are illustrative and should not be used to estimate them.

License information

The legacy license statistic is not used as a record count because its definition is not reliable. License fields in the sample are shown as supplied. Check current status with the Louisiana Real Estate Commission. LAEstateList is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Commission.

REALTOR® and association membership

Not every licensed agent is a REALTOR®. The association column is shown only where the sample supplies a value; it is not independent confirmation of NAR membership.

Corrections, removal and suppression

Use the record request form to send a request to support. Submission creates a review request; it does not instantly change the underlying dataset. No response deadline is published in the current catalog.

Commercial and replacement terms

Read the published Terms and Conditions before purchasing. Contact support to clarify replacement eligibility, download access, updates or permitted use. This redesign does not create new terms or guarantees.

File compatibility and outreach

The sample is a CSV that can be inspected in a spreadsheet. There is no direct CRM integration. Check your sending platform’s purchased-list policy and applicable requirements before outreach. A contact appearing in a file is not a grant of marketing consent.
